Is CAT7 Cable compatible with NVT UTP Transmitters and Receivers?

Information

Answer
CAT7 cable is predominately 23 AWG, and it is fully compatible with NVT Phybridge signals. There is some CAT7 cable that has 26 AWG conductors. This stranded cable is used for patch-cords. Given its increased DC resistance, one can use 26 AWG wire, but at roughly half the published distance. See NVT Phybridge's Distance Recommendations chart for more details.
